Responsibilities For Supervision -

Communicates with consumers by greeting them.

Talks to customers to learn about their wants and preferences for products.

Displays and discusses products, choosing and recommending options that fit the customer's needs.

Addressing inquiries from customers about the products.

Helps clients make purchasing decisions.

Places special orders and retrieves goods from the sales floor, the stock room, or other inventory locations.

Utilises the POS system in the store to take payment.

Exchanges and refunds are handled.

Does other tasks as directed.

Skills/Abilities needed -

Outstanding verbal communication abilities.

Outstanding active listening abilities.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Extensive familiarity with the products sold.

The capacity to foresee client wants.

Ability to give product recommendations to customers.

Ability to give product recommendations to customers.

The capacity to use or quickly pick up a store's point-of-sale system.

A high school diploma or an equivalent is desirable in terms of education and experience.

Preferably, prior retail experience -

On-the-job instruction is offered.

Physical requirements include standing and moving around the shopping area for extended periods of time.

Must occasionally be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
